  Carol Barreyre, ABC  
 

Carol Barreyre specializes in integrating all aspects of clients’ marketing communications activities, and draws from her 18 years of business communications experience. She is a well-rounded business communicator with skills spanning multiple disciplines including communications planning, employee communications, public/media relations, events planning and issues management, with creative approaches and immediate results always the goal.

With experience on both the client and agency side for Fortune 500 corporations and startups, her experience crosses industries including financial services, information technology (IT) services, semiconductor, communications services, health care, retail – in business-to-business and business-to-consumer. Before launching her own company, Carol managed public relations and marketing communications campaigns for technology and communications services client companies in an agency setting.

Carol received a bachelor of business administration degree with a major in marketing and minor in accounting from Baylor University. As an active member and former president of the International Association of Business Communicators/Dallas chapter, she also earned the organization’s Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) classification.

Jon Kemp

A professional writer for more than 20 years, Jonathan Kemp specializes in business-level research, executive interviews, and the production of compelling, results-oriented marketing, technical and B2B communications. 

Jon has written for clients in the telecommunications, technology, financial services, health care, manufacturing, consumer products and non-profit sectors. 

His telecom and technology clients have included Nokia, Cisco Systems, EDS, Sony/Ericsson, Nortel Networks, Microsoft, Intervoice, i2, Rackspace Managed Hosting, Pioneer Standard and other organizations large and small.  Outside of the technology sector, Jon has written for Kimberly-Clark, DFW International Airport, General Electric, The Los Angeles Times, Maryland Public Television and The Lodge at Pebble Beach.

Those and other clients have called upon Jon to write business- and technically-oriented white papers, contributed articles, analyst communications, websites, ads and brochures, press releases, annual reports, lead generation programs, collateral materials, project and system documentation, business plans and other marcom materials.   

Jon works to help organizations understand and target key audiences, to illuminate their intellectual capital and to sharpen their competitive selling points, and to deliver those core messages across a broad spectrum of traditional, electronic and web-based media. 

  Steve Parrino
 

Steve Parrino is a freelance writer serving companies in the energy, financial services, healthcare, professional services, technology and transportation industries. He provides a wide range of writing support including speeches, scripts, white papers, marketing materials, websites and annual reports.

Steve has worked on the public relations staff of AT&T and for advertising and public relations agencies in Dallas and Austin. He holds bachelor of journalism and master of business administration degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.

  Alan Ryan
 

Alan Ryan has been working in public relations, marketing and journalism for more than 20 years. His savvy media relations skills, insight into cutting-edge outreach and information delivery methods, and his ability to understand the types of media pitches that work come from his experience as a reporter. Alan has developed strong press and analyst relations programs, product launch tours and announcement strategies, and thought leadership campaigns for clients in a variety of industries, including computer software, medical technology, consumer packaged goods, business-to-business, automotive and trucking.

He has strong skills in writing and has generated many bylined articles, case studies and white papers for clients. Alan also has organized numerous trade show events, working with both the media and industry analysts to generate print and broadcast coverage.

Alan is an honors graduate of American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts, where he majored in English and minored in journalism. He is also a graduate of the Community Preservation Institute course at the University of Massachusetts. He is a Rhode Island native.

  Michelle Tanner
 

Michelle Tanner has 15 years of experience providing business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing and public relations services. Working within privately and publicly held enterprises, she provided comprehensive, strategically focused marketing programs for local businesses, national companies and global industry leaders.

Her background includes working with professional services companies, high-tech companies and telecommunications equipment providers. In 2002, Michelle started her own practice, providing public relations, marketing and corporate writing services to a variety of clients within several industries.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from Southern Methodist University. She lives in Dallas, Texas.
